Project Overview
Facing the increasingly stringent global emission regulations for stationary generator sets, we developed this compact all-in-one exhaust purification solution tailored for 65kW power generating units. The system integrates electric heating control module, DOC (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst) and DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) into a single modular cabinet, realizing efficient removal of particulate matter, CO and HC from diesel exhaust, helping genset users meet CARB, EU Stage and local environmental compliance requirements.

Working Principle
The diesel exhaust flows into the integrated purification cabinet in sequence: first through DOC unit to oxidize CO, HC and part of soluble organic fractions; then enters DPF to trap solid particulate matter. When the particulate loading reaches the set threshold, the electric heating module is activated to raise the internal temperature, burn off trapped carbon soot and complete active regeneration automatically, maintaining continuous purification capacity.
